About Me

Hi, I'm Jez, A Personal Trainer and UK Athletics running coach 

I've had huge interest in sport and fitness from a young age. XC Mountain biking played a big part from my late teens into my 20's. 

I started Running in my mid 20's and never looked back, having completed many Half and Full marathons, and then moving into Ultra distance.


Having decided that I wanted to help and support others in discovering the many physical and mental benefits running and fitness brings.

I become a UK athletics coach through my local running club, where I train and coach both Junior and Senior sections.

I then completed my level 3 Personal Training course in 2021, and I provide private 1-2-1 personal Training sessions at No45 Otley Street

My Mission

Being a coach and personal trainer allows me to share my passion for fitness with others and empower my clients to achieve their goals.
